Transfer Fee
Catlin Crest Homeowners Association assesses a Property Transfer Fee on the sale of property within Catlin Crest to be paid by the buyer on the sale of real estate.
The fee is 2x the on-going annual HOA assessment as authorized by the 1st Amendment To 2009 Amended And Restated Declaration Of Protective Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions For Catlin Crest No. 2
The fee does not affect current owners or when property is transferred between family members or within a trust.
